UN Ambassador, Dukureh Continues to Campaign Against FGM, Says “Government Should be Hold Accountable”

The UN Women Goodwill Ambassador for Africa on female genital mutilation (FGM) and child marriage, Jaha Dukureh, has continued to fight against the practices of Female Genital Mutilation and has declared that the Government of Liberia should be held accountable if it continues behind closed doors in the country despite its recent ban by Liberian authorities.
