Creating a Safe Relationship Atmosphere Your Teenage Daughter
Growing up as a teenager many of my friends had issues with the subject I am about to write on. This topic is of utmost importance considering the fact that it addresses a very crucial aspect of teenage-hood; a point where every teenager ought to be guided. This, however, does not seem to be the case as both parents and teens shy away from discussing relationship startups as I would like to call them. Once a child gets to a certain age, thinks become different. He/she experiences changes in physical appearance, raging hormones, emotional affinities and so on. All of these things come all at once and may be very confusing. As if that is not enough worry, they discover that they become attracted to the opposite sex. For a teenage girl, this is very important because it can either make or mar her self-esteem. Almost all teenagers have no…
Chinese Steamed Rice Flour Cake
Just like the popular fortune cookies, the Chinese Steamed Rice Flour Cake popularly known as Haut Keuh, is a quick meal you should never miss while on a visit to China and its environs. Huat’ literally means ‘rise’ or ‘bloom’ in Chinese. Usually, this is in reference to prosperity, luck, and fortune. The promotion of gender-based rights has hit a snag in Africa and the middle East where religion and widely held traditional beliefs have dominated a lot of decision-making and policy-formulating processes. There have been accusations of female activists, clerics, and academics as dissidents funded by the Western countries. In September, a royal decree said that women would be allowed to drive for the first time from June 2018 was pronounced. Prince Mohammed has said that “moderate Islam” was key to his plans to revolutionise the country. In a high-level business conference in Riyadh, Salman said “We are returning to what we were before — a country of moderate…

Starting with equipment-based courses in foamrolling, kettlebells, and TRX suspension training, Empiric will also be delivering the internationally recognised YMCA Award in Exercise to Music for group fitness instructors at NuYu, a home-grown chain of boutique women’s fitness centres founded by a daughter of Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince. Empiric said its next visit to Saudi Arabia will see the delivery of a pre and post-natal exercise course to qualify female personal trainers, gym instructors and other fitness professionals to work with women who are pregnant or have recently given birth. Empiric added that it is in talks to expand its training programmes to offer other fitness qualifications in…
